Francis J. Campbell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Federal District Court and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Fordham University and completed law school in a 24-month program attending the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University, from which he earned the degree of Juris Doctor.
Campbell is the former Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel of the New Jersey School Boards Association [NJSBA] where he worked in the Governmental Relations Department and in the Legal Department. As General Counsel of the NJSBA Campbell was involved in matters of education law having statewide significance and he regularly conferred with counterparts at the National School Boards Association and throughout the United States on issues of profound importance to boards of education. Campbell has been representing school boards in New Jersey since 1980 before the New Jersey Department of Education, the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Division on Civil Rights and in state and federal courts in New Jersey.
He is an active member of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys [NJASA]. Campbell has served as Secretary of NJASA and as President of the Association.
